YOU are the greatest project you’ll ever work on. Restart, reset, refocus as many times as you need.

May honestly had A LOT going on for me personally, mentally, emotionally…it’s easy to see the 1 second of joy and assume that’s someone’s reality, but the truth is we’re all going through it…overwhelm, confusion, processing things we didn’t want but have to accept, moving through the feels of it all - the highs and lows and everything in between.

But May was a constant reminder even when I felt off or not fully like myself, that I’m where I’m supposed to be, I’m growing my self awareness daily, listening to my intuition more and becoming the version of me who puts myself first consistently, loves myself deeply, isn’t so dang hard on myself, and has a beautiful life in the most stunning place surrounded by really special humans.

Gratitude 🙏 is what I’m consistently leaning into. Presence is something I work on every single day to quiet the overthinking, worry and anxiety that can so easily creep in…June is all about continuing to say yes to me.

I’m beyond grateful for an incredible May doing so many things I love with so many amazing people.

Excited for June — my birthday 🎉 month. A moment of reset for the rest of the year and a realignment for what I want to create not just externally, but internally too.

Your reminder to never give up.

Snowboarding was something I SUCKED at for years…but I was determined to get good at it.

What followed was a 10 year career as a journalist until 2016ish, visiting 50+ resorts, meeting the majority of my closest friends on the planet and ending up living where I do because of it.

To say choosing this sport has changed my life would be the biggest understatement.

And to say I’m close to getting bored of it is the furthest thing from the truth even 25+ years later 👀.

Before lake life summer officially starts, I wanted to share just a few highlights of my best season ever…literally.

45 days clocked. 3 heli 🚁 snowboarding 🏂 trips. Hundreds of chair lift rides. Endless pow turns, smiles and “wooo hooos”…this season will go down in history in my memory forever with some of my favorite people I am lucky to know and be friends with all because of this beautiful, fulfilling, freeing sport.

Thank you to everyone who made this season my best yet…can’t wait for the next one!

Onto 🏄‍♀️ season. 💕💯
